• The system uses outdated 407c freon, whereas the standard is now 410A.

• Multiple issues have been identified with the current system, indicating the need for a complete replacement.

• Replace the entire HVAC system with a new 4-ton unit.

• Ensure the new system includes necessary accessories like secondary drain pan, PVC fittings, A/C pad, service disconnect box, fuses, conduit, tape, sealer, insulation tubes, R-410A refrigerant, RX-11 flush kit, nitrogen, and torches gas refills.

• The furnace needs to be replaced as well.
