7/31/2024: Double Pane Window Installation

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. We have some important updates and requests to share with you regarding our efforts to maintain a clean and healthy living environment at 52 Cleveland Apartment.

New Window Installation

Rich Windows and Doors will be onsite around 8am Saturday August 3, 2024. 

This newly installed windows have double pane glass and will be more energy efficient. Please make sure that someone is home to open the door. If not, please give us a permission to enter your apartment. If you skip this appointment, it will be very difficult to schedule the next one.

7/12/2024: Monthly Pest Control Service

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. We have some important updates and requests to share with you regarding our efforts to maintain a clean and healthy living environment at 52 Cleveland Apartment.

New Pest Control Services

We are pleased to announce that we have signed a service agreement with Banner Pest Services. They will be conducting an initial treatment in the coming days, followed by monthly recurring services to control cockroaches and rodents.

Scheduled Treatment Window

For the pest control treatment to be effective, it is crucial that all units are treated simultaneously. We request your cooperation in allowing Banner Pest Services access to your units during the scheduled window time. We will notify you in advance of the exact dates and times.

Our Common Goal

Our collective goal is to keep 52 Cleveland a clean and comfortable place to live. Your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and adhering to scheduled treatments is essential to achieving this goal.

First Pest Control Service Schedule: 7am - 9am Thursday July 18 2024 (Please accommodate this schedule. It's hard to book Pest Control Service time window. If you missed, it will be the following month.)

7/05/2024: Laundry Room Update

Dear Residents,

We are excited to inform you that the laundry room setup is now complete and ready for use. Here are a few important updates regarding the laundry facilities:

1. Laundry Room Setup Completed The laundry room is fully operational and ready for your use.

2. Mobile App Operation To operate the laundry machines, you will need to download a mobile app. This app will allow you to start and monitor your laundry cycles conveniently.

3. Cost of Laundry The estimated cost for each load of laundry, including both the washer and dryer, is $1.75. This is much cheaper than nearby coin-operated laundromats, which cost around $10 per load.

4. New Key Lock Box We have installed a new key lock box for access to the laundry room. You may request a code from us, and we will send it to you individually for your convenience.

5. Window Replacement The broken window in the laundry room will be replaced on August 3, 2024.

6. Operating Instructions For instructions on how to operate the laundry machines, please refer to the diagram on the wall in the laundry room. You can also find detailed instructions at the following link: 52 Cleveland Laundry Facility Instructions.
