Issues to be addressed:

• The screen doors need to be replaced.

• Downstairs full bathroom will need the followings:

  • A new faucet . 

  • The hot water handle doesn’t operate properly. 

  • Also there was an issue with the bathtub leaking into the closet of the room next fo the bathroom. The tub in shower can't be used due to this problem.
