Showing Property onsite with Video connection

Purposes

To avoid a possible scam for both ends, we'd like to meet face to face via video calls. You visit onsite and we connect you with a video call. We can have a live discussion to establish mutual trust.

Instructions

To accommodate visitors to view the property with a flexible schedule, we can connect you with a video call when you are visiting in person onsite. 

• Set up an appointment by choosing date/time.

• Text your driver's license to 408-634-5320 for a security purpose.

• Once we receive your DL photo, we will confirm the appointment.

• Text us when you are on the way to the property with ETA.

• Text us when you are onsite.

• We will connect you via a video call.

• We will provide you an access code.

• We will walk thru the house with you.

• Please show your face and people who come with you during the video call.

• Make sure that you lock the door when you are finished.

• Make sure that you put key back in the lock box.
