Rules and Policies

Smoking Policy

• Smoking must be 20 feet away from the building

• Left behind cigarette butts are subject to a fine

Pet Policy

• Only one small pet is allowed and subject to pet fees / pet deposits

• The pets must be trained, friendly, and have up-to-date shots and be neutered/spayed

Parking Policy

• 1 parking space in the carport is assigned for each unit

• Due to parking restrictions, it's better to have no more than one vehicle per unit

• Street parking is free but very tight

OnSite Laundry

• Use onsite laundry room with a mobile app

• No laundry in the bathtub to prevent possible water damage

Keep the Premises Clean

• No debris left in or around the premises

• No debris or personal belongings left in the carport area

• Violations are subject to a fine

Additional House Rules

• No illegal drugs nor shall tenants allow guests on the property to consume drugs

• No overnight stays for people not on the lease; only short visits are allowed.
