Step 4. Serve Filed Petition and Summons

Step 5. Get a Judgement for Possession

In Step 4, the court schedule a court day for getting a judgement. When the court day comes, bring the following documents:

1. A Copy of 5 Day Eviction Notice and along with a filed service affidavit

2. A Copy of Filed Military Affidavit and a support document

3. A copy of Filed Petition Forcible Entry and Detainer

4. A copy of Filed Summons

5. The Receipt of Payments from the court

6. Defendant's DOB

7. Journal Entry - Forcible Entry and Detainer

8. A copy of Lease and Ledger

9. Affidavit of Serving Petition and Summons

Ask the court to grant a judgment with possession only
