The purpose of this meeting is to get acquaintance of each other and establish a trust for a potential long term tenancy relationship.

When you take a tour onsite with our onsite representative, you are welcome to connect with us via a Video call so that we can discuss any possible issues.
- Once you set up an appointment with our local representative, please notify us date and time for the meeting onsite.
- Notify us 45 mins prior to the appointment if you are on track for the appointment. Without a confirmation, our local representative won't come onsite to avoid wasting a trip.
Once you filled out an application prior to make a full commitment, we can meet again via a video call to confirm if each step is completed and make an arrangement for key transfer.
During the key transfer with our onsite representative, you are required to connect with us again with a video call to make sure that we give the key to a right person and further discuss any possible issues during the final walk-through.

If you are traveling, please find a quiet spot as much as possible.
Text us with your estimated time to get online.
If you are in the Zoom Lobby waiting, please stay and don’t leave. We will open the meeting room when we are ready.
Please also text us when you are ready in Zoom as well.

Initial Screening and Zoom Meeting (If you are already have an Zoom meeting with us, you can ignore this message)

Due to high volume of callers, we’d like our potential tenants/callers cooperated with the following process:

The potential tenants/callers send a text message to “408-634-5320” mentioning a “street name” and “full name” of the caller.
GPL will track each message and get back to the caller accordingly.
GPL will touch base with the callers with some basic screening questions to confirm if the tenants/callers are interested.
GPL will set up a Zoom meeting with the potential tenants/callers to meet face to face and establish an initial trust.
- In this way, we can help Tenants clear doubts with “Fraud”.
- All primary applicants and co-applicants are encouraged to attend this Zoom meeting.
GPL will set up an appointment for showing as the next step.
