GPL Lease Adjustments

• Using the following sheet to input lease terms such as rent amount, pet fee, utils flat fee

• Also add some adjustments as needed

What need to be adjusted:

• Lease Changed, Rent Increased, Lease Renewed

• Itemized charge: Rent, Utils, Pet Fees

• Penalties: Late fees

• Proration Credit: If the first month didn't start on the 1st of the month.

• Repair Credit: Tenants helped repairs or pay contractors with cash.  In this case, the credit is equivalent to cash payment for the rent.
