Owner did some cleanup work and some painting work at 1395 McQuesten.
The remaining jobs at 1395 McQuesten C include the followings:
(1) Master bedroom light/switch. The light can't be turned off.
(2) Garage light needs to be fixed.
(3) Master bedroom door trim to the upstairs bathroom needs to be installed.
(4) Upstairs hallway bathroom trim needs be replaced.
(5) Thermostat needs to be installed when HVAC Furnace is installed (Separate Project)
Owner will take care of the followings:
(1) Covering up the upstairs bathroom vanity cabinet under the sink and shelf
(2) Paint the overhead cabinets in the kitchen.
(1) replacement of the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom; => Done
(2) repair of the switch for one of the three bedrooms (it’s always on now); in Master bedroom next to the upstairs bathroom => Will check
(3) repair of the light fixture in the backyard; => Done
(4) adding the missing handle of the refrigerator. => We will try to order online. Parts ordered already
Btw, we left two cans of paint for potential future painting work in the furnace area.

Several issues have been reported by the viewers at 1395 McQuesten Dr, Unit C. Please help follow up and address these items as soon as possible:
It appears that one bedroom window is still missing blinds. Please double-check.
The upstairs right bedroom has wood flooring that is warping, likely due to water damage. Please check whether this area can be patched or repaired.
The kitchen upper cabinet has some scribbles/markings and needs touch-up painting.
The refrigerator door handle is missing. Please check the model and serial number so we can order the correct replacement parts.
The downstairs bathroom light is flickering.
There is mold inside the refrigerator. Please see if this can be cleaned and removed. If needed, we can arrange a deep cleaning service.
In the upstairs right bedroom, the ceiling light is not working properly.
The backyard porch light needs to be checked.
The closet or pantry needs repairs:
The shelves are not in good condition
It needs cleanup and fresh paint
Paint the walls.
The countertop in the half bathroom downstairs. It's missing a piece of cultured marble tile broken.
The downstairs bathroom is missing a light bulb.
Downstairs bathroom toilet is too old.
The kitchen cabinets look too old. They need clean and paint.
The upstairs cabinets need to be cleaned and painted.
The entry door looks too dirty and old. Needs to be cleaned and painted
Backyard needs to be cleaned up
Garage needs a good clean up
Odor is strong => this is a major concern. => a fresh paint may help, a deep cleaning of the floor may help too.

主卧室通往楼上浴室入口处需要安装门框及门边装饰条。
4️⃣ 浴缸塑料件
浴缸上的塑料装饰件松动且破损，目前分成三块，建议更换为整块，美观度更好。
7️⃣楼上走廊浴室装饰条
楼上走廊浴室的装饰条需要更换。
5️⃣ 温控器（恒温器）安装
待 HVAC 暖炉安装完成后，需要安装温控器（此为独立项目）。
6️⃣ 楼上浴室盥洗台相关问题
水槽下方需要修复 / 封板处理
搁板需要用贴纸覆盖
业主自行处理项目：
✅ 覆盖楼上浴室盥洗台水槽下方及搁板区域
✅ 重新粉刷厨房吊柜
1️⃣ 更换楼上浴室的卫生纸架；=> 已修
2️⃣ 修理三间卧室中其中一间的开关（目前一直处于开启状态）；主卧楼上浴室旁边 => 是否已维修？
3️⃣ 修理后院的照明灯具；=> 已修
4️⃣ 安装冰箱缺失的把手（我们将尝试在线订购）。
楼上盥洗台水槽下方的情况需要修复。
楼上浴室盥洗台：搁板需要用贴纸覆盖。
主卧室通往楼上浴室的入口门需要安装门框。
浴缸上的塑料件松动破损，而且分成了三块。它应该是一整块的，那样看起来会更好。
吊柜位于厨房。它需要重新粉刷。
另外，我们在暖炉区域留了两罐油漆，以备将来可能需要的粉刷使用。

楼下卫生间的灯在闪烁，而且缺少灯罩。
冰箱内部有霉点，请看看是否可以清理；如果不方便，我们也可以安排深度清洁人员处理。
楼上右侧卧室的顶灯工作不正常。
后院门廊灯需要检查。

请粉刷楼下半卫生间的墙面和台面。该卫生间的人造大理石台面缺少一块，并且需要更换一个灯泡。
