Innago Login Tips

Innago uses a password-less, one-time code system for tenant logins—so when your tenants go to https://my.innago.com/login and enter their email, Innago emails them a 6-digit passcode instead of asking for a static password. Here’s what to tell them:

1. Enter the email address you used when you filled out the application or lease.

2. Click “Send passcode.” Innago will immediately email a 6-digit numeric code to that address.

3. Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder). The email comes from noreply@innago.com and should arrive within a minute.

4. Copy and paste (or type) the 6-digit code into the “Enter passcode” field on the login page, then hit Log in.
   
   

If they don’t receive the code:

• Verify they’re using the correct email on file (the one you, the landlord, entered in Innago).

• Click “Send passcode” again—each click generates a new code.

• Ask them to check spam/junk or any “Promotions” tab if they’re on Gmail.

• If they still don’t get it, you can update or correct their email in your Innago portal (Tenants → Edit Tenant → Email) and then have them request a new code.
  
  

Once they enter the valid 6-digit code, they’ll be logged in to view payments, submit maintenance requests, etc., without ever needing a traditional password.
