Application Fee

• There is no charge for reviewing and processing an application.

• You don't need to pay a fee to submit an application.

• However, once we reviewed your application and see your pre-qualification, we will notify you to pay the fee in order to run a credit/background check report.

If you don't have a credit report on Zillow, you need Zelle us $25 for the application fee per applicant. 

• The First Option for using Zelle to send an application fee: 

  • use email: gordian.properties@gmail.com with First Name: Gordian, Last Name: Properties LLC. (Note: Never use 408-634-5320, use the email only)

• Second option for Zelle to send an application fee: 

  • use howard.zhou888@gmail.com with First Name: Gordian, Last Name: Properties LLC.

Instructions for sending Supporting Documents

Note: If you already have some supporting documents on Zillow, please go over the list below to check what's missing. If so, please send us the missing documents to us at gordian.properties@gmail.com or text us 408-634-5320.

1. Identity Documents

   • Driver License - Take a photo of your driver's license with a good light source in a horizontal position and text the image to 408-634-5320.

   • SSN Card - Do the same to your SSN card the same way as DL unless you already filed an applicant in Zillow.

2. Income Documents:

   • Send you past three consecutive Paystubs in pdf file format as possible via email to gordian.properties@gmail.com ( You may opt out this if your paystubs are already in Zillow)

   • Email us any other documents such as vouchers, SSI letters, etc that can show as your income source if applicable.

3. Cash flow analysis documents:

   • Past three month bank summary statements (Just summary page, you may cross out account numbers on these pages)

   • If you use mobile banks, you may take a snapshots and text to us.

   • You may opt out this requirement if you have an excellent credit.
