STK City GMail Feeder

Instructions

• Open the spreadsheet below and locate sheet called "EmailSTK"

• Go to Extention -> Apps Script 

• In App Script IDE, see project called "STK City GMail Feeder"

• Locate App Script called "RetrieveEmailSTK.gs"

• Execute function called "searchStkUtilsEmails()" by default it goes back three months in GMail 

• The output goes to sheet "EmailSTK" which would be wiped out when the script runs.

• Then you can integrate the output to another sheet below.

• Data Model: 

• Run GS script => STK City GMail Feeder :: EmailSTK -> 

• manual form entries => City of Stockton Utilities :: Transpose STK --> "Manual STK Utils" entries > StocktonAll -> StkYear -> Yearly
