Some issues to be addressed at 4421 Property:
The one car garage door is currently not functioning. => Fixed
Some of issues including garbage door opener are covered by home warranty.
The gas stove range hood is not functioning. => In progress
If the dishwasher turns on, water may come out from the air gap. It may be related to the H shape plumbing under kitchen sink which may easily get clogged. => Fixed
Preparation for Rent
Get a heavy duty for rent sign => Done
Use a dark marker to write down "408-634-5320"
Put the for rent sign in the front yard and make it highly visible.
Optionally get some yellow arrow signs with the number on at the intersection close to this house.
Set up a keylock box with one set of keys. => Done
Make several copies of the key set from Home Depot.
