Plumbing Leaks

Plumbing leaks with slowing running water or dripping.

From time to time, we may get a letter from water utility companies reporting constant running of water meter. This is an indication of slow water leaks not noticeable.  

Please check the followings to find out if there is any slow water leakage or slow running water:

1. Observe each toilet bowl to see if any water flowing in to the toilet bowl;

2. Check each kitchen faucet and bathroom sink faucet to see if any dripping;

3. Check each bathroom shower heads and bathtub sprout to see if any dripping;

4. Check exterior bib to see if any dripping;

5. Check if any leakage underneath of kitchen sink;

6. Check if any leakage underneath of each bathroom vanity;

7. Check if any moisture everywhere at the property.

Toilet Tank Leaks

• We have a leaking toilet. We turned the water off to the toilet and is going to try to repair the toilet. The water is leaking underneath of the toilet water tank.
