• Answer the following questions:

• Please identify the property type => Single Family Home

• Are any units exempt under this rental property ordinance? => No

• 17. Swimming pool water appears clear and clean. Pool gates and enclosures are in compliance. => N/A for the most properties except for 835 Windsail

• The rest of questions => Yes

• Comments: None

• Assign title/ownership for each property (Individual Name, Family Trust, LLC etc)

  • Owner's name 

  • Title on the Deed

  • Owner's email

  • Owner's phone
