Key Lock Boxes at 617 9th

We provide a key lock box for each unit. Residents may voluntarily leave their door key in the lock box for the following purposes:

• Recurring pest control services

• Appointment-based maintenance calls

• Emergency access

• Vacating the unit

We keep the combination code for each lock box private, and residents may remove their keys at any time.
